Each resident/owner is entitled to membership in the Mesa Palos Verdes HOA, but only residents who pay annual dues qualify as voting members at the annual meeting. Over the years, dues help pay for ongoing entrances beautification and working with city on co-funded projects. We appreciate your support!

 

How to pay dues:

3.  Mail a check for $30 made out to Mesa PV HOA, to: Mesa Palos Verdes HOA, P.O. Box 2236, Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA 90274
